The IDA will be the equipment supplier, systems integrator, provide the system training, service and support, and system maintenance for the project. We will provide a project manager and field supervisor to coordinate every step of the system integration.

Our members also provide in-house, web based Interactive, Web-Ex or on-site system training by certified trainers. across the United States and Canada.
